This fun sock can be made with your choice of 3 different cuffs; a laugh-out-loud fun ruffle, a giggle to yourself tiny ruffle or a simple and sophisticated garter stitch cuff.  Take your pick, make them your own.  Have fun and maybe try something new or different.  This top down sock knits up faster than you think.  The lace pattern looks impressive but is a great pattern for even a first time lace knitter.
