Take A Hike

This is the second pattern in the pollinator series and uses the vintage Bee Stitch.  They are fun and fast to knit and will be the perfect complement to that favorite pair of sneakers or hiking boots.  Did you know wool socks (especially Merino wool), wick away sweat, resist odors, and prevent blisters?  They can also regulate foot temperature - warm in winter but cool in summer - perfect for year round wear.   Wool socks are durable, naturally antimicrobial, itch-free, sustainable and low-maintenance.   Make a pair for yourself and a pair for the outdoor enthusiast in your life - then tell them to "Take a Hike" and just maybe they'll invite you to go along.
